The Campagnolo Corsa or C-Record group was introduced in 1984. It had some significant changes on derailleur and brakes within the first 3 years of production. In 1986/87 the so called 2nd generation has been released with all the bug fixes. The group was ready for 7/8sp index shifting or like Campagnolo called it: 'Synchro'. The Group was available with the notorious 'Delta' brakes or 'Cobalto' brakes, named after the transparent blue cap on the centre brake bolt. In-house developed SGR pedals were available as well as Look-licenced pedals or pedals with toe clips. The SGR pedals will maintain a horizontal position at anytime the shoe has been disengaged. This feature eliminates the need to "kick" the pedal up when engaging the shoe.
This set comes with 'Cobalto" brakes and SGR pedals.
